First stop on the beach at Milford Sound and our pilot picked up some beautiful green stone for us! Flying pass a few glaciers and stopped the second places under the Earnslaw Glacier. xadx20242024-04-20Fantastic Experience We had a great day. The shuttle picked us up from our accommodation and took us to the airport. The pilot ran through some safety measures after we watched a video. We were flown to a spot near the top of The Remarkables where we could get out and walk around. Plenty of photo opportunities with a 360 degree view of Queenstown. On the return we flew back towards Queenstown and over The Shotover River. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this as a must-do. It was a great experience

Our initial booking was cancelled due to weather conditions but was promptly rebooked for us. Our pilot Callum was professional, thoughtful and informative finding a great spot for an alpine landing and photo op. Milford Sound is fantastic of course but the flight was a highlight. Great half day out - back in Queenstown in time for a late lunch. Highly recommended.
